😀 there’s no ay to convince public administration … they mad a step up to ff 3.0 a few weeks ago “still testing” after asking and discussing 3 years … but as long as they pay license’s to ms they won’t do anything … and of course not opera … the usb opera runs perfectly on that system I’ve tried last year but that wouldn’t convince anyone … that’s not like it should be …. blah blah blah … but I won’t give up and I guess as the last thing before getting retired I will invent opera15 then 😆

I’ve tested Opera in Windows 98 and works very fine!! You don’t need any updates for any Windows (as IE 7 and 8 require some of them).
